This chinouis is available in a choice of 2 sizes, each sold separately. Manufactured in France, this chinois has a body and handle made of one-piece Exoglass material, developed by Matfer, making it highly durable, non-stick, non-porous, and easy to sterilize, while the mesh is made of stainless steel making this incredibly hygenic and can widthstand up to 430°F.
