Available in a choice of two sizes. This baking mat is made of durable food-grade silicone with knitted fiberglass fabric. Its high durability makes it a great replacement to parchment paper and is reusable up to 3000 times. The Exopat mat is known for its non-stick capability, which eliminates greasing, resulting in easy and convenient baking. Its additional capabilities include being microwave safe and can withstand temperatures ranging from -40°F to 580°F. Soaking in warm, soapy water overnight will not only give this mat an easy clean, but causes its structure to be made to lay flat again.This mat is a great staple for all your baking/cooking needs!
