It is made up of 1/16" steel wires, perfect for mashed potatoes, puff pastry dough, caramel, and more. Its narrow end makes it easy to fit into the corners of your cookware to easily reach mixtures and prevent them from burning. Available in a choice of two sizes. Made in France, this whisk is manufactured with stainless spring steel wires that won't twist or lose form. To ensure its durability, these wires are heat molded into its handle, comprised of Exoglass, a proprietary composite material developed by Matfer. This material is non-porous/waterproof, easy to clean, and can be sterilized, and its long-lasting material will not deteriorate or rust over time. The handle is also heat resistant to temperatures up to 430°F, insulated for convenient use and no burns, and its effective hand bulge is made to prevent slipping.
